The pre-season stage of Axie Infinity: Origins S12 has begun

Axie Infinity: Origins S12 is the twelfth season of the popular blockchain game Axie Infinity, developed by Sky Mavis. The game uses non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that represent unique creatures – Axies, which you can farm, fight in PvP arenas, complete quests and even earn cryptocurrency.

Origins S12 Features:

• Updated gameplay – The Dream World Arcade mode has been introduced, allowing players to test new teams.
• Testing runes and charms – an opportunity to try out Runes and Charms for free before the official start of the season.
• Axie Check-In – a new system of daily rewards for players, depending on the Axie level.
• Morphing for Delegates – users will be able to modify Axies using their resources.
• Competitions and tournaments – players can participate in ranked battles, and the top 16 will compete for a place in the Axie Classic World Cup.

Season 12 promises many new features, improved balance, and additional gameplay mechanics to makeAxie Infinityeven more exciting and rewarding for participants.

Dream World Arcade Mode

Earlier this week, Mít took over Haunted House, turning it into Dream World Arcade. As a result of this change, Haunted House tickets are now called Dream World Tickets. All other mechanics and items in the store will remain unchanged, but with the start of S12, players will have the chance to propose their own arena teams.

Era-Based testing – Try Runes and Charms for free!

During the pre-season period, players have a unique opportunity to try out various Runes and Charms for free before the start of the season. Test kits can be picked up in store. The Runes and Charms in these sets will be marked as S11.5, so use the correct items.

• Rare Era Test – January 22 (Common Runes Lv.1-4, Rare Runes Lv.1-2, Common and Rare Charms)
• Rare Runes Lv.3 – January 25
• Epic Era Test – January 29 (Rare Runes Lv.4, Epic Runes Lv.1-2, Epic Charms)
• Epic Runes Lv.3 – February 1
• Mystic Era Test – February 5 (Epic Runes Lv.4, Mystic Runes Lv.1-2, Mystic Charms)
• Mystic Runes Lv.3 – February 8

New feature: Axie Checkin

A new Axie Check-In feature will be available for the upcoming season. Players will be able to check in with their chosen Axie and receive rewards based on their level. This is another way to improve your gameplay experience and encourage the development of your Axies.

Morphing for Delegates

Coming soon to the Axie app is an update that will allow Delegates to use their own resources for Morphing Axies. Stay tuned for the announcement of this feature!
