Naver and Upbit announced a merger to launch the largest crypto and fintech giant in South Korea. In addition, Klarna is launching its own stablecoin, KlarnaUSD, and the first US public Bitcoin investment has launched in Texas.

Texas made a historic move by becoming the first US state to officially invest in Bitcoin.
